G.I.F.T. Gala has been postponed until March 20, 2021.
We will still plan to keep our Kentucky Derby theme,
so keep those dresses and hats for next year!

This adorable German Shorthaired Pointer pup was born on November 16, 2019. The sire is Rascal Berry and the dam is Winnie Da Pooh Berry, both of which are AKC Registered! Rascal comes from multiple field champion blood lines and the only three-time national GSP, all-age field champion! The pup will be joining us the night of the Gala and you will take him home at the end of the night! You will be given all of the documentation that you need for registering.
Here is some information about the German Shorthaired Pointers: Male German Shorthaired Pointers stand between 23 and 25 inches at the shoulder and weigh anywhere from 55 to 70 pounds. They are built to work long days in the field or at the lake! GSPs are known for power, speed, agility, and endurance. GSPs make happy, trainable pets who bond firmly to their family. They are always up for physical activities like running, swimming, organized dog sports—in fact, anything that will burn some of their boundless energy while spending outdoors time with a human buddy.

Fr. Bernard Kimminau and St. James Catholic Church will be hosting a Wild Game Feed in 2021, to raise money for their parish. Be the first to go through the buffet line and Fr. Kimminau will also purchase your first two drinks! Some of the wild game may include fish, frog legs, clams, squid, deer, moose, elk, antelope, pheasant, quail, turkey, duck, geese, doves, rabbit, alligator, wild pig, and whatever else Fr. Kimminau can come up with between now and then! There is also a “Mystery Dish” for the brave (usually around 20+ species)!

During this class Fr. Litt will show you how to make four different cocktails from standard liquors of your choosing. Fr. Litt will also talk about the difference between mixed drinks and cocktails, stirring and shaking drinks, flavor profiles, and anything else that comes up.
